    Application Specified 3D Printer

Create strong, lightweight parts from Carbon fiber; one of the most versatile materials. So, it can be used for a wide variety of applications from aerospace to automotive, Klix3D CF1 can meet your needs.

    Local Manufacturer based in Indonesia

We are an industrial 3D printer manufacturer based in Indonesia that aims to help other companies to increase their competitive advantage with our technology. Claim your warrantee and support faster.

Easy Maintenance and Ready to Print

Our aim is to make 3D printing technology more accessible, affordable and user-friendly, so that everyone can benefit from its potential. We are passionate about what we do.

Print strong, lightweight and heat-resistance parts with carbon fiber

Klix3D CF1 has been designed and specialized in printing complex masterpieces in carbon fiber; optimized for strength, weight, stiffness and also heat resistance. Making Klix3D CF1 a perfect choice for an affordable production 3D printer.

    Hi-Temp & Hi-Hardness nozzle

Klix3D CF1 has a special nozzle that can handle high extrusion temperature (200 270C minimum) and high hardness to resist abrasive property of carbon fiber material. Klix3D CF1 is a perfect and reliable 3D printer option for your production company.

      Copper Plated Nozzle

      Copper Plated Nozzle

Klix3D CF1 is bundled with special plated copper nozzle. These nozzles are designed specifically for ultimate high temperature environment. These coppers are made from high temperature resistant copper alloy with over 500C softening point. These copper nozzles are perfect for high-temperature applications/uses and suits perfectly with everyday filaments such as PLA, ABS and more.

In addition to high temperature performance, these nozzles have an advanced nickel-based coating that significantly reduces the adhesion of plastic to the nozzle. This is ideal for everyday filaments to keep the nozzles clean and shiny, but is especially important at temperatures above 300 ° C where a silicone sock cannot be used.

      Ruby Nozzle

Ruby Nozzle are designed to print highly abrasive materials while retaining optimal heat conductivity of brass. Making these nozzles work with a wide variety of materials, such as PLA, ABS, Nylon and composites with abrasive additives such as carbon composite/fiber, metal, wood, etc. The ruby is well placed at the tip to make sure the toughest materials will be printable. Also, Ruby Nozzles are originally designed for printing the third hardest known material in the world, Boron Carbide.

      Tungsten Carbide Nozzle

Tungsten Carbide Nozzle are designed and used extensively in the mining industry. The high thermal performance of tungsten carbide keeps the tip of the nozzle hot, allowing faster printing speed without sacrificing the quality. Tungsten carbide has an exceptional wear resistance due to its hardness. No matter how long or hard you use it, both the nozzle hole size and height will always stay the same. From printing PLA to carbon composite, this nozzle can handle almost everything.

Easy to use and maintain 3D printer with network management feature

Keep track of your 3D printing networks and ensure that they are running smoothly. This feature help you track the performance of your printers and production goals. Still, Klix3D CF1 is the most affordable option for industrial 3D printing with an easy user interface and the best user experiences.

        Automobiles

Carbon fiber has been adopted rapidly in automobile manufacturing. The material first found its use in Formula 1 and NASCAR vehicles due to its strength-to-weight ratio, which helped develop faster cars. The material also gained traction in the production of high-end cars due to its sleek, high-tech look. As costs come down, carbon fiber is expected to be used in components for mass-produced cars, such as housings and frames.

        Aerospace

Aerospace was one of the first industries to adopt carbon fiber due to its strength and weight savings, and they’ve made good use of the material. In fact, 30% of all carbon fiber is used in the aerospace industry. From spacecraft and aircraft to helicopters and gliders, carbon fiber is everywhere in the modern aerospace industry.

        Military

Military carbon fiber applications have come a long way since the 1800s. Whereas carbon fiber was initially used for lighting in naval ships, today’s carbon fiber is used in everything from missiles and drones to helmets and tent posts. The key benefits of carbon fiber for the military are its strength and lightweight nature, facilitating easier transportation and improved energy conservation.

        Sporting goods

Carbon fiber is everywhere in sports goods due to its strength and light weight. In fact, carbon fiber is often seen as a top-tier material for professional sports. Hockey sticks, tennis racquets, archery bows, and golf clubs made from carbon fiber are often used in competitions, while carbon fiber rowing shells and bicycles are the new standards. Even clothing and protective gear are made with carbon fiber, with racing sports often using carbon fiber helmets and shoes.

        Medic

The medical field is another industry where carbon fiber has made significant headway in recent years. Carbon fiber shows up as transparent on X-ray images, which has led to its use in a wide range of X-ray and imaging equipment. Carbon fiber is also used in prosthetic limbs, which are strong, light, and comfortable to wear and use.
